Virg and Sara have always encouraged members of their team to be involved in activities, organizations, or self-development outside of Christoffels Company. Therefore, we are excited to announce that Rebecca Lureen has graduated from theDale Carnegie Leadership Trainingprogram. Participants in this class receive training that allows them to better serve our clients with sensitivity and understanding during the emotional process of hair replacement.
During her 8 week class, Rebecca received 4 awards for outstanding performance. She is our 12themployee to complete the Dale Carnegie Training program, and our 13thteam member, Kayla Kyle, enrolled in the program in July of 2015.
Virg and Sara value the self-confidence, communication skills, and public speaking abilities that their employees gain in this course. These skills allow us to better serve those struggling with hair loss as we help them through their hair restoration journey.
